
The Basic Package: Saturdays are $1275; Fridays $1145. This includes 6 hours designated for your event and 2 hours for set up/tear down and cleaning; A total of 8 hours.
Sundays and Mondays can be rented by the hour. The hourly rate is $125.00 per hour (with a 4 hour minimum which includes set up and tear down time.) *The Hourly rate cannot be used for Fridays or Saturdays. All Holiday Days and Weekends are subject to time and a half.
Additional SET UP Time: Should a lessee desire to have access to the Big Room on the day before of the event, or before the scheduled event time barring any other conflicts, time may be scheduled for a fee of $40.00 per hour for set up only.
The basic package consists of the rental of the venue – the upper floor of the building ONLY, i.e. The Big Room – and use of tables, chairs, bar area, ice machine, commercial kitchen, bathrooms and 50 parking spaces. The Big Room Events staff will set up the tables and chairs per lessee’s instruction. Lessee is responsible for table service, table cloths, decorations, tear down of the tables and chairs and general clean up. This package is ideal for the DIY party planner or when lessee hires an event planner/caterer.
The Deluxe Package is an additional $625.00
The Deluxe Package includes all Basic Package components, plus the following items: White table linens for up to fifteen 60” round tables, two 8’ buffet tables, one 6’ cake table, one 36” square DJ table, 18 Centerpieces made up of 20”mirrors with three vases for floating candles. Additional table cloths, tablecloth overlays, and chair covers are available for an additional cost. Big Room Events will set up the tables withthe tablecloths and center pieces and tear down the tables and centerpieces only at the end of the event but will not clean entire venue unless additional staffing fees are paid.
The Large Commercial Kitchen is available for warming and cooling purposes only, no charge. The kitchen equipment provided to the lessee is the: 10 burner stove with double ovens, the convection oven, a refrigerator, 2 large prep tables and a large cooler. The kitchen and the equipment must be returned to the same condition that it was at the start of the event. In the event that the kitchen/Big Room is not cleaned properly, Big Room Events will charge a fee of $50.00 per hour to clean up the kitchen and this fee will be deducted from the security deposit supplied by the lessee.
Food and Alcohol: The lessee may bring in their own alcohol but is not permitted to sell any alcohol without a Permit from The State of Ohio. The lessee may furnish their own caterer.
Additional amenities are available for an extra fee such as: linens, glassware, serving pieces, projector, podium, sound system, and staffing.
