Conveniently located venue in downtown Columbus, The Big Room offers more than over 2,100 SF of versatile space that can be used for nearly any type event ranging from wedding receptions, to corporate trainings, and theatre performances to family reunions. With more than 15 hotels located within two miles, plenty of on-site parking and the airport only a short drive away, our facility is easily accessible for your guests.

Formerly The Swiss Chalet Party Haus, The Big Room underwent an extensive renovation in 2011. The room has a unique retro-style décor that is both stylish and contemporary with broad versatility guaranteed to complement any event theme.

The Big Room is sponsored by WWCD Radio, The Alternative Station at 102.5. The radio station’s offices occupy the lower level of the building. When not being used for events, the Big Room hosts performances by many of today's most popular rock and alternative artists such as Mumford & Sons, Tegan and Sara, and Passion Pit.
